Are there international affiliate networks that allow you to sell goods (not ebooks and stuff like that) to countries outside the US with a respectable shipping rate?

So you mean countries outside of the US that don't speak English as a first language...

I think you mean:

1. I come from country X, where few people speak English
2. I want to promote products to my countrymen
3. I want to promote products that aren't for sale here
4. I've tried US merchants, but shipping is too expensive

Telling us the country would help. European merchants are sometimes much cheaper than the US for shipping, but finding a merchant with a site in your language might be difficult/impossible.

Well, I have a lot of experience branding different types of websites to European countries, so I thought why not give affiliate marketing a shot.
I think I have been looking at the wrong affiliate programs, I will have a better look at Tradedoubler and CJ.

Any other tips are more than welcome.

Offers that use LocalBilling as their MAP have their payment pages translated in numerous languages. LB CyberNet Entertainment Ltd is a company that uses (probably is) them and does a lot of EU trade.
