International affiliate and adwords

I am working from Europe targeting the USA market with adwords campaign, the problem is that I can´t see what the competition is doing, I only see ads from my geographic area.


I know some anonymous surfing sites, but they time out rather quickly. Is there some simple way of doing this on consistently for free?


If not, what are the recommended sites/software to get? If i pay for some service I would like to have broad range of geographic areas to pick from.
