Why not? It's just another level of stats that you can get.

I always add Google analytics to my landing pages. It shows me how long they were there, bounce rate, browser settings, etc. Good information to know.

Google doesn't mind that you put there stuff on your pages. It won't affect your QS or your min.bid rates...
It'll marginally affect loading times (but probably won't count against your QS as it's their own script causing it).

If anything, it'll allow you to implement better sites.
