Is it ok to take disclaimers from offer pages?

Just a quick question...

Is it generally acceptable to include the footer disclaimers from an offer page on your landing page?

Eg. I am promoting a gift card offer. On the bottom of the offer page, the disclaimer is something like "Gift card company is in no way associated with [Brand name]" and lists the terms to be eligible for the offer. Can I just copy this, word for word, and include it at the bottom of my landing page?

Will the merchants complain to the Aff Network if I do something like this? I know stealing is bad, but wouldn't something like this help protect everyone?

Yea, just post something like "Taken directly from offersite,com" above the terms you are copying. I don't even think you really "need" to do what I said, but I see a lot of people using that text

I'd recommend taking the offer's disclaimer for your footer, actually.

The offers disclaimer is generally written in the finest of legalese and weaselwords, designed to be ambiguous to the end-user, but shirk any real responsibility should lawyers come a knockin'.
You're better off using theirs than anyone else's... just make sure that the text is actually legible i.e. No teal on purple backgrounds.
