Is there a tool to auto-populate CPA offers?

I'm working on a new site that has lots of diff categories. I'm looking for a tool that would auto-populate the white space on a page with CPA offers based on a keyword on the page.

I could use a simple banner rotator, but I would have to pick and choose the offers and banner sizes, etc. I'm looking for something more automated and hands off.

Anyone have or know of a tool remotely like that? Thanks
 


I think Ian Fernando had something like that. Believe it was called the Cpa Shuffle. Not sure if it is still in existence.
