I've never seen such a thing. I would figure bad call marketing-wise to do it. If you're dropping $ on adwords then buy a domain/cheap hosting (you can host other domains in case the first thing doesn't work out.) Instead of saying imakemoney.blogspot.com you can say imakemoney.com and doesn't it just sound way more sexy?
