Is using a keyword as anchor safe these days?

I bought a 1000 link package but I understood it had keyword diversity, now it appears that it uses just a SINGLE keyword as anchor.

Is this still safe to use??
 


Are these are the only backlinks (i.e., the site has 1k backlinks and 100% of them have your keyword as the anchor)?

What other backlinks does the site have and how many?
 
Vary the anchors, spin em well. raw urls, unanchored urls. Long tails, etc. All that stuff you've been reading about I'm sure. Is the seller on here, if so shame on them for not delivering what was advertised.

Single KW and URL??
Well it depends. If this links will be dripped in 1 or 2 months then you won't have any problems.. Cause you can order other packages to diversify this links in the next 2 months.

But if that package can be done in 3 days or 5 days then DONT.. 1000 links with 1 anchor/ URL in 3-5 days will kill your site :stonedsmilie:
 
Yeah the seller is here, but think I'll ask for my money back or send to an older site, I gave them like 7 links to my page and keywords for each but he wants mentioned one. I ask him to give 100 a day but I was thinking different anchors. the problem is I can't reply here since the thread is already locked.
 
Is there a way I can counter balance this thing?? he previously said they will target deep links but same keyword

No it certainly not!You need to go back to the link package & make changes asap to avoid any G slap.For the anchor text variation i am going with 60% my primary keywords as anchor text,then then 30% click here,there,visit this link etc,5% with my keyword+company & 5% with naked url.I know it has been advised to use no more then 40% of your primary keyword as anchor text when creating back links but i am going 60% as i haven't seen anything that would make change my mind about it,oh btw don't forget to diversify your backlink campaign & acquiring high quality links over a period of time instead of building them all at once.This goes for 2nd,3rd tier & so on.... as well.Hope this helps :)
 
You need to Vary the anchors. If you have it all as one then its going to raise suspicion with the Big G


More variations, more random = better.

Next time try to read first before you buy
or if it is not in the seller's thread then that is one fucked up seller :D
 
Under current conditions instead of buying large link packages (of shady quality and relevance) it's better to get the links from sites in the same niche and diversify your anchors of course: branded terms, long tail keys, "natural" anchors like "here", "visit this page", URLs, etc.

After google penguin update its not good to use the keywords,just read over the forum or some seo blogs.You will know what to use after google penguin update.
 
Yeah, I would stay away from too much keyword anchoring,


"click here" "check it out here" would be better variations
