From what I can gather, to join any affiliate network it seems that you have to already have a website. However I was hoping to see what sort of offers are available before buying domains, hosting, getting Word press and a Landing Page sorted out etc.
Am I best just to pick a niche, get a website going then hope that the networks have suitable offers to run? Or can I get into the likes of Ads4Dough etc without already having a website with traffic?
