Just got an offer on a domain...do I take it?

I just got an offer on a domain I own, swagacademy.com

Someone just offered $200. I haven't developed it at all. Should I take it or is this a sign that I should hold out?
 


well, do you want to be an entrepreneur or a manager?

if former, sell early (real money rarely comes from horsing around running an asset-laden business if you're an entrepreneur ) and nothing ever increases in value forever, especially if your not planning to build it out.
 
Take it and reinvest into a domain you care about developing further.

Only problem is that the other domain is very similar and may be going for the same keywords/market. I may have created a competitor.

Then just out do the competition. Think how much fun that would be.
 
Just sold this for a $325 profit. (Not counting Sedo's fee)

Never even thought about making money online until about a month ago. I started reading and bought some domains (developed one so far). This is a nice jumpstart into internet business, and just the kind of thing to get me into the entrepeneurial spirit.

Now I'm going to develop the shit out of some of the other domains I bought.
 
$325 is a very nice profit. Good job! How long did it take before you sold your domain and in wich nich is the domain?

Nice sale. I agree that it might have been a bit of blind luck on that one but all's well that end well. You never know what people are looking for. I've got dozens of high search volume EMD's that don't get much attention at all.

@ Topic -> If you're not planning to do something reasonable with it then get rid of it. $200 isn't that bad.
