Keyword Grouper/Cleaner Tool for Mac OSX ?

Hi guys..I'm looking for a tool that can group and/or clean a keyword list. There's a lot of choice on the Windows side but not a lot on the the Mac side.

Any idea except getting VMWare Fusion or Parallels?

For cleaning:
Keyword Cleanup: Remove duplicate keywords from your keywords list

For grouping:
Dump all the kw's into 1 adgroup in Adwords editor, then click on 'Tools' -> 'Keyword Grouper'
