hey guys,
i didn't understand something and i will give you exmple with the niche weight loss.
lets say i find a good keyword : (weight loss fast)
if i search weigh loss fast without quotes i get 150m results.
my friend told me to put quotes so i can see the real results on this pharse.
if i put quotes i get 450k results - better, but what i didn't understand is if the customer want to search weight loss fast he wouldn't put a quotes so why i need to rely on that pharse with quotes?

Cuz you want to see only the pages optimized for "weight loss fast". If you dont put quotes, G or whatever gives you all kinds of "weight loss slow", "weight gain fast", "lift weight fast" and so on.

i knew that but what is matter the only page optimzied for "weight loss fast" if when the customer will search weight loss fast and get the results without the quotes?

It really depends on what you're looking for, but the short answer is "you're correct". Everyone that ranks for your keyword phrase is a keyword competitor - even if they are not a business competitor. By analyzing the top 20 sites you should be able to get an idea of what Google is looking for.

Before you promote your product in Health Weigh loss. Find some keyword research on Google Adwords to know if it's in high volume of demands which is the main factor for your anchor.
