At first I would have vouched for Jesse, as he made me a great page. However now I will not send any more business his way. I had asked him about adding an email form, and he told me he might be able to. Well 10 days later when I realized I never got that yes or no answer, I talked to him about it. He refused to make a change that would have taken 35 seconds for him to complete.
However he went on a tanget about how he will never do free work because then people would ask for it all the time. In this day and age in customer service I would think that repeat business would be your top priority and he obviously shows he doesn't want my business. So I am now looking for a new LP designer to make the 10+ landing pages I will need next week. Thats $500 he could have had however refused to make one quick change for me to make me happy as a customer.
Thats far from the best way to grow your business, especially to turn down someone with intent to buy more landing pages. I realize that it isn't his job technically to help me, but I always help anyone that uses anything I suggest or make for them.
