I kicked myself back into the noob sandbox to ask a vexing question: Why do people care if landing pages are revealed and criticized? It seems like a normal thing to do among people using them.

If you come from a developer/programming background, and you're used to those forums where everything is shared, it's almost like this (exaggerated)
Programming forums = communist hippies who love to share every detail.
Aff forums = capitalists who understand that sharing details is almost like sharing money.
The 3 most common noob questions that everyone wants to know.. and no one wants to (understandably) share:
-what are the good niches?
-what's a good LP look like?
-what are the good keywords to promote for that niche/LP?

If somebody wants a landing page to scrape they could find them easily enough on their own. Discussing a particular LP isn't such a big deal to me personally.
And besides, people who caught on to it would know how to copy it regardless. It's one thing to copy a landing page concept, its another actually getting traffic to it.
B/c all the retards on this forum who can't think for themselves just copy them by the dozens. Before you know it the same LP is EVERYWHERE. It loses it's effectiveness and gets banned on sites like FB and google.

Well, it comes down to the money! When people reveal a highly converting lander, everyone and their brother hops on the train to duplicate and the lp loses its effectiveness and essentially you make less rev. It sucks but its part of it.
hmm well some people I would think would get mad when they see that other people are stealing their landing page, because these are the ones they have figured worked the best from testing, which took a while to get to that point.

Landing page help needed
First, sorry to Wicked Fire as I posted in the wrong forum.
I am looking for the simplest wordpress blog or landing page.
Just need one that has a yes and no buttons and someone to show me how to remove most of the wordpress that shows at the bottom.
I placed some source code in a wordpress and a landing page was there but so was much of the wordpress.
Hope someone can help me.
