Legit Link Builder

I'm looking for legit link building. I'm not talking about blog comment spam or forum spam or getting too many links at once.

I need someone who can run the marathon and add the right number of links each day from targeted sites.

Any recommendations?

How do you expect to get links? The main and most powerful way, which is not spamming, is blog commenting. Finding dofollow blogs, reading them, and posting a quality reply. Same goes with forum posting; it's not spam if you made a contribution to the community.

I agree...if it's legitimate and relevant commenting, I am good with that.
