7search and miva are well known for all products shunned by google etc. they are OK for other things, but don't expect too much traffic

Unless you are using 3rd party software that makes the management of all the small PPCs easy, don't bother. You'll spend too much time managing them, just to find a few that increase your profits a few percent.
