Localized Affiliate Marketing Programs

Would/Do Localized Affiliate Programs work? I got a client who wants to try it, we'd open it up to affiliates from all over, but the potential leads would come from a single state. I manage some national programs, but was wondering if anyone had experience working with a localized program? Do you recommend a network you'd like to see?

Kiiinndd of. I did one for awhile but I had trouble tracking my leads. Maybe you can have better luck than I did but I got shaved harder than a 2 year old email submit. I'd be willing to beta test some leads his way with you though.

Finding a way to track the program is what I am struggling with as well. I don't want to piss of the affiliates, I just want them to bring in the leads so they get paid (cause then so do I). I don't know if its feasible do to with any of the CPA networks.

"It's Just Lunch" is a dating site which only accepts leads from certain cities. They are with several networks including Neverblue and MaxBounty.
