Looking for a designer

Hey,
I am looking for someone to do a one off design for one of my websites. The website is www. jobbhirek .hu

I want to keep the logo, and the general layout, but I need a new design for the boxes that hold news items, well generally the entire site needs a redesign.

If you think you could do a good job, please reply here or PM me with some previous work that you have done.

I am willing to pay around $100, this is a small and easy job.

Does this have to be coded? I can re-do the design for $80.
