I need quite a few custom calculators and calculator widgets built and haven't had any luck finding a developer. The widgets will also have to be capable of letting users embed the widget on their own website.
I really like all of the stuff MLCalc did with theirs. Here are a couple quick examples:

I tried oDesk and Elance but the applicants barely spoke english and I didn't think we'd be able to communicate well enough to get done what I wanted.
