Looking for a Good Co-Reg Network

I have a number of offers where I'm trying to get the consumer to call into our call center rather than go on a website to order.

I am looking to put a banner at the end of a co-reg path, so when the user clicks on it, our phone number is shown.

Does anyone have any networks they would recommend working with?

The conversion rate on just displaying your number would probably be very low. Would you be open to just collecting the users info/opt-in and having your center make the call?

Unfortunately then it makes it an outbound call, and typically the value of those customers are significantly less than when its an inbound call.

The banner would say something like call up now for a free $50 gift card. So I'd think the call volume would be substantial.

What if I looked at just using a mobile network. Any suggestions there where the user could click on the banner / button and call directly?

I guess the process doesn't need to be co-reg, but I was hoping to display our offer after someone had purchased since they were already in the buying mindset.

Collect email and accept payment online and then call them to deliver product and collect further information.

We'll take your calls. We have merchants and tracking for this. Inbound calls probably won't eve be considered "co-reg" in the traditional sense. Just more Path traffic.
