Hi guys,

I am looking for someone that can do PSD to WP and PSD to Joomla work for me.

I need someone that is high-quality that will code w3c valid themes/templates that are cross-browser compliant and coded with semantic principles in mind.

I need someone who is reliable, relatively quick, and affordable.

I will have recurring work if it works out but have 2-3 that I need done right away.
