Looking for A Wordpress designer/coder

I am looking for a wordpress designer and coder. I need someone willing to create a design template and code it for wordpress, very simple stuff. I will providing a html layout and css template for the underneath coding style I am looking for.

I am going to require about 2 to 4 wordpress templatess a week or every 2 weeks, still not sure yet, but if the designer is skillful I wil request more. The templates will be themed across different industries/niches/verticals/business opportunities.
