if you can run your own server? the deals at OLM.net, and their sales site serveraday.com are pretty hard to beat...they give you 2 IPs, and if you wait 2-3 months and ask for 2-3 more? they will usually give you ones on a different c-class (all 2-3 though, they will NOt give you 5 different c-IPs)

I would recommend Ensim Pro, which is very good and ads only $12/month/ or if you know how, or can get someone to do it? install DirectAdmin or LxAdmin
