Anybody out there have clients looking to recover web-abandoned sales? What approaches are they currently using?
We work with a couple of contact centers specializing in salvaging web abandoned sales - usually fall-out from page-2 drops, when a customer abandons a page-2 landing page or shopping cart page. Our clients tell us live agents are more effective than automated screen pops, chatbots and emails, especially when the customer is apprehensive or needs help placing credit card orders. We're seeing great traction in health products - colon cleanse, teeth whitening, etc. We're converting 10% - 15% of lost sales. Please email Nickb@iSRSInc.com with your experiences or if you have any clients looking for a solution.
