just as title says.

we are looking for someone has experience with sending traffic in this niche,

ATTENTION!!!! If you do work with someone, try us out, we WILL PAY MORE!

We have
- highest conversion rate, over 35%-
- re-targeting
- we work with over 20 lenders.

AGAIN - WE NEED EMAIL AND SMS

P.S. Anyone knows a service that would send text messages (sms) , I have the DB with phone numbers.

We are not trying to spam, we have a customer database, who agree we will contact them by ....., sms, ../....

As long as you are compliant with all the rules there should not be an issue. That being said you need to make sure this data is all double opt in and be able to prove it. Also you need to have stop to unsubscribe at the end of your text. If a user does text you stop you need to also confirm that with a confirmation text that have been removed.

Another thing to include and this is just something to cover your ass is to label anything you send with

AD: or Advertisement: at the start of the message. This is not required but will be very soon. I know they are doing this for twitter and the such.

The more things you place to protect you from getting screwed the better off you will be.
