Looking to start affiliate program

So I want to offer an affiliate program to help promote my custom poker tables. How best do I establish the guidelines, payouts, tracking etc...do I pay for traffic to my site or for actual sales (more of what I am thinking). Are there turnkey systems out there to model my program after.
How best can I use affiliates to increase my sales?

Probably want to set something up on a rev share basis - pick a commission rage (5% - 10% should cut it). then start an inhouse affilaite program and launch on networks who work on rev share basis - PJN, CJ, Linkshare, share a sale.

You'd probably have more luck joining an affiliate program with hundreds/thousands of registered webmasters.

Webmasters usually don't like signing up to programs just to promote one product or one company.

But running your own is a lot cheaper and gives you a lot more control.
