The interesting thing is that people from with Yahoo email addresses seem to have amazingly shitty credit scores, so you could probably split your list and directly target credit check/repair offers to them specifically.
On the opposite end, if you can find a decent payout credit card offer, you might want to hit up people with Bellsouth and Comcast emails.
Whilst it's not mentioned in the study, you may also want to send that stuff to people with private / own email domains. People that have their own sites are often small business owners, and are likely to have a decent enough credit score for themselves or their business to apply for another one.
