If you use e-newletters to send out links or sites like twitter to market your products, stop using generic links to cloak your affiliate urls.

You see a lot of people using links like tinyurl.com/xyzabc or bit.ly/xyzabc to send to their audience. These links look too foreign and decreases your click-through rate and sales.

Try using meaningful subdomain shorturls like

product.com-vip.info (Looks like you're sending vip info on a product)
product.com-log.in (Looks like you're sending the product login page)
product.com-discount.me (Looks like your giving me a discount link on the product)

You can register FREE Premium Subdomains at http://BrainyURL.com

They have a great list of domains that you can use to cloak your links.

It works for me..I hope it works for you too!

It's simple, but pretty cool idea. It needs implementation though ;) +rep

WTF is everyone talking about? It's a fucking spam post. Time for a ban.

Are you retarded? This isn't a regular shortening service.

For Joe Schlub Consumer who is even dumber than what you just said, they're going to trust a link that looks like "ultraporno.com-log.in" because it actually looks a hell of a lot more legit than "bit.ly/zFA34g"

This is a good idea. It just needs some work, and a few more domains so there's variety.

My thoughts exactly! This isn't a regualr shortening service.

And for the record i've seen some super affiliates promoting e-newsletters with this method, so it does work. You see how tinyurl got popular, well this is a new technique.. and I'm sure when the word spreads plenty will jump on the ban wagon.. in the mean time, those who switch to this method will see an increase in click-through rate.

They do have like 30 domains including adult domains like yoursite.com-sex.me or yoursite.com-porn.tv.. etc..

Are you guys all retarded? Why would you trust your links to this guy? Right after he sees your link getting some traffic he's going to change out your links for his own and steal your commissions.
The "super affiliates" do this with their own domains not some clown's tinyurl clone.

Go on twitter and see how many super affiliates user bit.ly service. Some people don't want to associate their main domain for products they promote, especially if its not related.

People use short url services for different reasons, as with any, you always have to monitor your links, even with some merchants!

The guy has been a member since 2008, I think if he was apart of any fraudulent activities, he would have been banned by now. Relax man shit. And if super affiliates are such bad people why are you even in this business?

You serious? He has 4 posts. ZERO iTrader.
His site isn't free. You have to pay $5.95 for a fucking PIN code in order to even use his site.
You're basically paying to give this guy your campaign links. Double RAPE.
He should of mentioned it wasn't free. Shithead

(Surprised I actually caught on to the WF asshole trend)

I never said I was the owner..just giving you some useful feedback. And.. they do have some free subdomains u can register. The accounts that cost are premium subdomains monthly so if you don't like it you're not locked in to a yearly fee.

Anyway.. if you don't use it, that's on you.. some will..some won't :)

Can't say its spam from just a post, try it first.

I'd bet my left nut that increases conversions and sales.
Of course it's spam, but it is a good idea. I've used the concept for a while, and it definitely helps increase CTR on ads when trying to "appear" to be an official site. But the fact is, the post is spam.

Not the owner? Well, your avatar, signature, and post seem to indicate you're involved in some sense...

this is an idea, but one has to use his own brain how to use it. Prolly I won't use Their domains, esp. for some promotions, but I will implement this one way or the other.

I believe there are some services that allow you to use your own domain. I believe su.pr is developing it as a feature.
