Can anyone toss up some suggestions for medium to large media buy options? Im familiar with 2nd / 3rd tier ppc et al, but any suggestions are appreciated.

Just look at the major CPM companies like valueclick, casale, tribal fusion etc

Do you have a contact over there to get signed up? There's no advertiser signup form, and the general email address I contacted about getting set up as an advertiser probably doesn't get read...
