Mentorship?

I was looking for a WF guru to help mentor me whose usually on aim or msn and that could brainstorm with me and use their experience to help me succeed. I don't have much experience with marketing but, I have been designing websites for the last 6 years and worked in the Geek Squad for the last 2. Yea I'm a newbie too. Just read all you can and try new things and tweak old ones. You'll learn better that way than if someone held your hand through it.

I have been reading and sometimes it just gets frustrating. I have been trying to get one of my sites indexed for almost two months and its still not working.
