.mobi and .tv

I couldn't get the .com of what I wanted, got the .mobi and .tv on some of the domains....It would seem to me that .mobi would be good down the road, curious to what people think, thx...:smilie_weihn_winki:

Do you think they will become increasingly relevant as time passes? If the smartphones today got perhaps a bit bigger I/we could do just about everything...websites become more of a challenge in the smaller format, obviously.

I don't get the point of .mobi unless you want to be focused heavily towards mobile phones, or want to be a solely mobile site. I guess if you're a big business it's not biggie to buy a .mobi to redirect to mobile devices.

But if you are just making regular sites, ya, you don't need .mobi at all.

Even if you want a mobile version of your site, just use a sub-domain.

But I digress...

Just thought it funny you getting .mobi domains unless you really wanted to do something mobile with them.
