whats up phead ... ecpm can get up to $30, do you have ios apps?

tapjoy ads are the worst, they are super low paying becuase they're mainly incent installs that pay like 10 cents per install vs up to $4 per install non-incent... plus they are not cpa ads, they are ads for other games.

I'm looking for some cpa offers like email submits for coffee cards (tim hortons, starbucks) and win a free ipad etc.
