some already noticed ... I currently have a domain ranking in the penny stocks niche which isn't really monetized - in fact there isn't even some real content, just a placeholder page. Nevertheless it has some visitors(ca 100/day) from search terms like "buy penny stocks" that want to get turned into money.
There is a bunch of interesting pennystock affiliate programs out there, I did a quick search on offervault.com or clickbank.com and most pay 6-12$ for a simple email opt-in.
For maximal revenue, I think it would be best to make a review site for the most interesting offers(credits to mkrongel). This way, we might even generate multiple leads per visitor.
You start from the scratch, we need design + content.
You can use a CMS (any you like) or a static site. Quality hosting with exactly what you need(my main business is webhosting) will be provided at the beginning.
We do not need to care about SEO, the page is only for humans.
I could imagine a design like www. tagesgeld dot org (NOT my site!) with maybe 10-20 pages content.
If you know how to make money out of these visitors, please let me know your concept via private message. Feel free to include your price as well.
