Not sure where to start with this, have between 15-20k visits a day and dunno what to do with apart from adsense.

Do it up newb style, put a poll asking which contestant they think will get booted next and have the poll push them to an email/zip submit. The context of the site would be ripe for a poll lead in regardless of the offer you push.

Exactly what I would suggest. Or you could also do a favorite dancer poll as well. I know I ran something like this before on google with dancing with the stars about 2 years ago and it was my first profitable campaign, so it is very easy to capitalize on this, trust me.
