Most Popular Affiliate Program Management Software?

What are some of the more popular software packages for managing affiliate programs? I'm looking for scripts used to manage individual programs, not software used by networks or names of networks to run programs. I know about JROX and PostAffiliatePro. What others does anyone recommend?

DirectTrack - Merchant Version or DirectTrack - Merchant Pro Version

The advantage of DirectTrack as I see it is the ability to send your offer out to different CPA networks, as well as just run your own. Not too sure how it works, but it's a feature you don't get by running a program yourself.

PostAffiliatePro is one of the more popular ones. iDevAffiliate is also another popular one. Infact the two that I have mentioned are very popular these days.
