i'm still not indexed on google. Is that normal. My site has only been up for about 3 weeks, but if a googlebot has been there, doesnt that mean they know about it. Or is there something that i dont know about.
My cpanel says that googlebot has been to my site, but...

It's possible that you're indexed on a couple datacenters, just not the one that you see when you go to Google.com. Also, be sure to check Google by using the "site:" search operator

no, it's not on site:mysite.com. It's a parked site with googles ads on it, so you'd figure that they would know about it, but idk.
