My First Blog (please give advice)

I've just managed to get my first site up today; any advice/reviews would be appreciated.

Anyway, the site is: AppSolutions

Thanks in advance, I am looking for advice to:

• bring in traffic
• convert traffic to money (place ads more effectively)
• keep people returning

Right now I am:

• Using adsense on the bottom in a little box
• using phpBay to blend 1 ad into a post
• using phpBay for the Established Websites for Sale page
• submitting the tutorials to pixel2life.com

Keep in mind: content is not original (its not exactly publicly available either though).

Any advice would be appreciated (I plan to implement Digg buttons on each post once I am accepted into the Pixel2Life directory).
