If this is to complicated, I have used site5's shared hosting and vps. They are reliable and low cost however you will be compromising on performance.

They are specialized and (only do domains, no hosting or whatever) and .com costs only 8.99$ INCLUDING privacy.

struck tnx about the help but.. this is to difficult for me right now.
i have no skills with site build ot code or staff like that, i just want
a site for cloak or iframe(i know this codes to but for that i have
the time) to do some directlink some offers to see how it's goes
