I think he mean call your bank that you don't authorize the transaction (chargeback?), so you don't have to pay.

I know some guy who did this with yahoo (don't know why) and his account got disabled. He had to fax about five documents from bank authorizing yahoo to charge the card to reactivate the account.
 
I got a prompt "we have forwarded this to our billing department for investigation". Already a better a response that G or FB. We will see what happens next.
