Just tried buying new domains on sep 28, checkout indicated the coupon code was invalid, got this message from customer support:

Unfortunately we have to inform you that the promotion is over and coupon code SAVEBIG is not valid anymore. We have announced that the promotion is to finish on 9/30 or while supplies last. That was available on the page with the details of the promotion. We are very sorry that the promotion happened to end prior to 9/30. Please feel free to use our special coupon for transfers SWITCH2NC.

After further complaint, I got a message saying "It's impossible to put all the rules on an announcement" yea "While Supplies Last" is a biggie, they provided a link to the verbose advertisement.

There's that, and the exact wording on the email I received was...

"Buy or transfer as many domains as you wish to Namecheaper under this special limited time offer,"

In actuality they limited it to 100 domains.
