Need a graphic designer

I am looking for a graphic designer to quote out a logo creation. We are looking for a character logo that is a cross between a pimp and Uncle Pennybags from Monopoly. I'd like to see pennybags decked out pimp style with wads of cash in his hands.

We are looking to act fast on this, so the best portfolio and best price will win.

Yes, Sergio (@ sosfactory) has designed me two mascots before. He charged me $300 each, which for was nothing for the size of the project I was working on.

Yes, the price is pretty high up there, but so is the quality.

btw. I got designer from B~russia - good as well, but the whole story with communications such as "what do you see in your logo?", "what is your expected budget" and so - had driven me frustrated. Took a few hours of online interrogation, just to understand that I'm sucker and he's DaBoss.
