Need a web development team?

We are looking for a Web Development team that has extensive experience with the following technologies web 2.0, e-commerce. My/MS SQL. In addition developers must also have experience working with Dreamweaver and Flash, that is not a priority but may come in handy for future developments, Can anyone suggest me good team so that I can get going?

Maybe try oDesk ? I thought about offering my services there, but didn't go ahead because of all the competition on there.

I code anything backend related. Database, scraping, etc. I develop websites too and have a designer I work with.

I've been in business 10 years . PM if you need something coded. Don't expect cheap. Do expect great stuff. No noobs in my company.
