Here's a suggestion if you haven't found anyone; Post an ad in the Los Angeles Craigslist Gig Section. I'm sure you will find a good looking actress willing to do this for cheap.

used them before. posted an ad, had around 30 "auditions" the next day. ended up paying $60 or so for a 20 second ad. they also all have professional equipment, which makes a huge difference between using a typical shitty PC microphone or phone.
