I need someone who can develop a site designed to prequalify people who are interested in buying or leasing property. There are no complicated functions related to the actual prequalification process, but the site will need to interface with another site using a ping/postback function (to verify email addresses).
The site will need to:
1. Capture name & Email
2. Have a form page with one simple calculation (division)
3. Pop-up with a cloaked link
4. Autoresponder generated emails.
5. Postback/ping function to verify emails in a database on a second website
