I need a GOOD coder to build a few scripts and also work on some other projects. I need a couple scrapers built and also a bigger web app project I am working on.

I will ONLY work with USA-based developers. You must be good, reasonable, and understand wtf I am talking about. I want clean code, commented, etc...
