Need help merging data with MS Access DB

Hello,


I need to find a way to marge a small dataset into a bigger Access DB.

I have a mac, and it seems to be difficult to manipulate Access files on it? Anyone managed to pull it off. Any non MS tools perhaps?

Got about 140 entries to add to the DB.

You could use the open source ADOdb library (link) and manipulate it using PHP or Python, but it would take some custom coding to do it.
