Need help with first BANS site.

It's almost 4AM here. I spent my entire day up til now to try and figure out what's wrong with my BANS site. I finally give up and come to wickedfire for help. This is still a test page though.

Can someone tell me what the problem is here and why it does not look like a normal BANS site? I don't think it the css reference. This is also the updated version of BANS. I'm going to bed now....help...

Its your css file. it is returning a 502 error
