Need reliable/cheap UK hosting

Can you recommend a good host in UK?

Looking for cheap but reliable shared or vps.

Found some good comments on cyberhostpro.com. Any others?
 


What kind of hosting is it your after? 34SP are decent for Dedicated Servers. Heard melbourne hosting are decent also.

x2, I'm with them, they're pretty fast, reliable etc, with good support. Currently running prosper202 on their shared hosting, on the same plan as several other sites. Runs like a charm, didn't even need to get the support to do anything.

EDIT:*only complaint - their solution to wanting extra IPs was to buy another shared package, at the same price as I was paying per month.

i always used webhostingpad and id reccomend them to anyone. Ive always had 100% uptime, they have good customer service and they have been compatible with things I wanted such as scripts and htaccess. Its a reasonable price, like most it advertises a monthly fee but you have to pay it all upfront and id say the 2 year deal is good. Probably about £30 or $50 for two years. You get to host unlimited domains and get unlimited bandwidth. A lot of them restrict you in some ways but this one doesn't, everything is UNLIMITED! bargain.

no mention of UK ...
 
Myself - I use Tagadab.com £25/month VPS - these guys have absolutely brilliant customer service - all UK based - no outsourcing - and critically available 24/7.

Highly recommended. :-)
