Need social bookmark service

I need a manual social bookmarking service that will :
1. Who can create a new yahoo or google email account
2. Using that email account create 15 social bookmarking Accounts
3. Each with 12 links in them.

I will need on completion an excel spreadsheet identifying
1. The social bookmark name
2. A url to the profile page for each account.
3. A url to the rss feed if available.
4. Social bookmark Username
5. Social bookmark Password

I can even do that in Bookmarking demon if you want for account creation then post manually I think that will be a best way...High PR bookmarking sites is there like Digg folkd and so on..
