Need some Help with WP Robot..

Hello there!
Sorry for asking such noob question but i am having problem with Modules, especially Yahoo, i can't get Yahoo's API i am a little bit confused about it.
I got these things in API
Consumer Key:
Consumer Secret:
Is consumer key my API? if not then where it is? and what is BOSS API?

Another question: Can we install these modules in an existing content and after installing can we get earning from referrals?
And.. and how to find popular keywords regarding any topic (Say: Apple/Iphone)
