Hey, I've been flammed by a group of useless trolls when asking for "link exchange." The biggest laugh was the design so I'm looking for a designer to help me complete the homepage.

www.cliPOW.com I'm trying to make a "nice" easy to use custom homepage.

Right now I believe the biggest problem is that theres a horizontal scroll that I can't seem to get rid of. I tried editing the table widths etc but have no clue what I'm doing.

By the way, I don't think you need a "fix" but rather a designer to create you a design, then have it coded by a coder from there.

The quality of coders is not based on their demographic specifically but more bout their actual experience, but historically speaking, telling someone english-speaking to seek a coder in an Asian continent usually meets with a bad end.

Your steps need to be:
1) Get a design! Right now you have no design, that is just a bunch of stuff on a site.
2) Get someone to code that design.
